At ThermoCare, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains your rights and how to request a return, cancellation or refund.

1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.

To exercise this right, please email support@thermocare.pt with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You may use the following wording:

"I hereby notify ThermoCare that I wish to withdraw from my purchase of order #[order number]."

2. Returning Your Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 calendar days.

Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transportation.

For withdrawals due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Any handling beyond what is necessary may result in a legally permitted deduction for diminished value.

3. Refunds

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law
